Our family manufacturing business started in Germany in the 1920's manufacturing pillows and duvets. During the early 60's we came to Canada and continued the family business of manufacturing pillows and duvets. We also started importing other high quality German bedding products.

Throughout all these years we have never compromised on the quality of our products and we continuously get complemented on the quality, durability and also the longevity of our bedding products. We are proud to be Canada's only third generation bedding specialists. All of us have been trained and educated in textiles.

DOWN DUVETS

Our down duvets have several qualities what makes them the best. We have hands on approach to our duvets. The fabric we use is from Germany (made by a large mill in business for years and uses the most modern weaving machines) made of 100% Egyptian cotton. We check the fabric for flaws before we sew the fabric. The fabric is the only one registered down proof.

It will not leak down for the life of the duvet. It has the German Quality Assurance, Okeo certification of purity (no chemicals left in the fabric and no harm has come to the environment in making this fabric). Our duvets are sewn in a sealed baffle box construction. This gives the duvet an even fill and also prevents the down from shifting.

The baffle allows the down to loft to its maximum height. (Never buy a duvet with channels or sewn through box.) The edges are double needle stitched for durability and piped for a luxurious added touch.

The down we use is processed by German machinery (the best machines for down processing come from Germany). The process is called ULTRA CLEAN. This machine will sort, clean and sanitize the down. The process will leave the down in tack (not damaging the down cluster)The down will be left natural. Unlike the down available from large down duvet manufacturers our down goes through an extra cleaning process. This makes our down hypo allergenic. Our down exceeds all government standards in purity and cleanliness.
